What To Expect From Our Stimulant Detox Program In Richmond, VA

Getting Started:
When you decide you’re ready, call us at 877-773-3869 or request a callback from one of the Care Advocates on our Richmond, VA team. During the initial call, your Care Advocate will answer any questions you may have about our approach to Stimulant detox and help you choose the dates when you want to start the detox process. We can typically start your treatment within a week of your first call.
Week 1: Detox & Stabilization
Day 1: In-office medical assessment, lab work, EKG, and a customized treatment plan with comfort medications
Days 2-3: In-person visits for symptom monitoring and medication adjustments
Days 4-7: Telehealth or in-office check-ins as your symptoms improve
Most patients are cleared to return to work and drive by Day 5 once symptoms are managed.
Week 2-4: Continued Support
Day 1: Weekly provider appointments (in-person or virtual) to support long-term success
Day 2-3: Case management follow-ups for up to 6 months to help you maintain sobriety
